The process of mock seat distribution for JEE Advanced 2015 started. It shall be in continuation from 8 am to 5 pm. The procedure will take place online at the official site, www.jeeadv.iitb.ac.in.
The joint seat distribution of Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and National Institutes of Technology (NITs) admission began on July 1. This year, the seat distribution is being combined organised for IITs and NITs, for the first time.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) sent the JEE Main ranks to the National Informatics Centre (NIC). On June 30, the figures were combined with JEE Advanced data.
CBSE had published of the JEE Main 2015 Paper 1 and Paper 2 ranks on the official website. The information of JEE Main and other important exams can be obtained on the official website of JoSAA.
There are a total of 87 participating institutes, 17 are Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), 31 are National Institutes of Technology (NITs), 18 are Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), 18 are Government Funded Technical Institutions (GFTIs) and Indian School of Mines (ISM).
