Later, Arvind Kejriwal said that “We want to open a film city in Delhi and that is what I discussed with Shatrughan Sinha in the meeting.” However, it is not cleared what was the actual topic of the meeting but some sources said that Shatrughan Sinha is planning to launch his wife named Poonam Sinha in the politics and demanding a ticket for her.

Shatrughan Sinha, who was a minister in Atal Bihari Vajpayee cabinet, has rejected all speculations of him being peeved at the BJP leadership’s treatment following the NDA’s massive win in 2014 Lok Sabha polls. His late night meeting with Nitish Kumar and RJD chief Lalu Prasad in Patna last month had raised several eyebrows, but the leader had then sworn allegiance to his party.  He said, “No one has seemed tomorrow and I do not know whether tomorrow I would be thrown out of the party or embraced by it. I have not thought about it.”

Shatrughan Sinha had also expressed his unhappiness over the suspension of 25 Congress members by Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan putting the BJP leadership in an uncomfortable position. He had twitted that”Feel unhappy about the developments in Parliament. The expulsion of 25 learned MP friends, including one who was not even present” and added that “Good sense must prevail, sooner the better.
